The laboratory of structure research, was established almost together with our Institute, the Institute of solid state physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. As the technology support platform, we provide materials microstructure characterization and analysis for the basic and applied research in our institute. For many years, our laboratory plays an important role in our Institute, and almost more than half of the papers of our institute include the experiment results obtained in our laboratory.

At present, our laboratory occupied area of about 1000 m2, the value of the equipments worth about 50 million RMB. We have TEM, SEM, XRD and so on.
